GROWN LIV CO DOWNTOWN TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY
The Town and Village of Lima are participating in the Grow LivCo Downtown Transformation Strategy, a new Livingston County initiative focused on strengthening and revitalizing our downtown communities. The program uses the Main Street America model to develop a customized 3–5 year work plan for Lima's downtown district. The plan will provide a focused, market-driven approach to economic revitalization and identify opportunities for our downtown in today's economic environment
