The Board of Assessment Review is a five member board appointed by the Town Board.  The Board of Assessment Review evaluates complaints filed during the formal grievance process by property owners pertaining to their property assessments. The Board meets annually on the fourth Tuesday of May, and any additional days required, in order to process all requests. Board of Assessment Review Members are appointed to 5 year terms.
