NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: TUESDAY, APRIL 7th @ 6:30pm

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Lima

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lima will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday April 7, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Lima Town Hall, 7329 East Main Street, Lima, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Lima and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s office.  At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.  Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
